Presently, only a handful of creatures have been mentioned and identified in the released information.  A list of them, including whatever background information available, is below:

Normal animals -- rabbits, armadillos, and crows

Found in a variety of places

Jackalopes Rare and Elusive
Blood Rabbits Vicious creatures that should not be mistaken for Jackalopes
Giant Spiders May produce harvestable toxins and/or silks
Giant Ants May produce harvestable acids
Giant Scorpions May produce harvestable venom which causes an agonizing death - attempting to ride them is not recommended
Stink Bugs Produces an air-borne agent that can cause damage
The Infected (Zombies) Clones-gone-bad due to malfunctioning nanites -- they come in a variety of forms
Snakes May produce harvestable poisons
Creeper Common mutant creature on the Plateau, Northfields, Kaibab Forest, and the Grainway.  Tend to travel in groups and can make for tasty eating.
Throwbacks Common in many areas of the Province.  Some say they're devolved humans, others maintain they are products of military experiments using Shiva.  They are extremely strong and resistant to damage. The word is they also have the “coolest death animation ever.”

Hermit Crabs Giant hermit crabs that use CRT monitors and garbage cans for shells.
