Radical villain group of religious zealots looking
to clear the world of sin. They seem to be of the
“convert or die” mentality. May be all male. |

Sisters of
Sarah |
The
leadership of the Judges. They are named for Sarah
Cornelius, the evident founder. Females who are trained
and found worthy are called Cherished and from their
number the heir apparent is chosen (The First Daughter).
Upon Consecration, the Cherished take on the surname of
Cornelius. Currently led by the High Inquisitor Jaina
Cornelius with Zoe Cornelius named as First Daughter. No
one unconsecrated is allowed to look at her. Their
religious text is the Vulgate. Their most important
ceremonies include Consecration, The Feast of Shiva, and
Judgment Day. Radical villain group. |

Radical villain group who believes in the use of
mind powers, mutations, and pharmaceuticals to create a
group consciousness. Originally formed in 2114 at Desert Star Retreat
which was destroyed by an Enforcer company on the same day, resulting
in what is now known as the "Desert Star Massacre". It is unknown
whether ruins of the Retreat still exist. |

Powerful at least in the area around Picus Ridge/Gulch;
controls a number of towns & soldiers and are well
funded. Not always trouble, but rarely helpful. |

as-yet-unidentified group, they advocate that pure
humans are superior to mutated humans, and that mutants
should be eradicated |
